Yes - In Home pet sitting services means we come to your home and care for your furry (or watery/feathery) friend in the comfort of their own environment.  We can also stop in, feed, and spend some time with your pets if you prefer that approach.  Contact Us to find out what option best suits your needs.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking mean you forfeit your 50% deposit.

Your booking is only confirmed once you pay your 50% deposit.  Sometimes we can squeeze in your booking even if our online booking page doesn't let you proceed, so please send us an email or text to confirm if you have any trouble.  We can often accommodate extra stop in and feed jobs with our other bookings especially, and if that helps you and your furry friends, we're all for the extra messages!

Not at all!  We care for any and all types of pets.  We've worked with birds, tropical fish, fresh water fish, small pets like rabbits, rats, mice and guinea pigs, and also handle axolotls, snakes, and ferrets!  If you have an unusual pet and are worried, reach out.  We're always happy to learn about new species though, so get in touch if you have an unusual pet and let's see if we can help.

When we schedule a booking with you, we'll confirm what's required.  But in short, we probably will need a key to access your property.  Aside from that, any food, supplements, or medications your pets typically require must be supplied.  We look after ourselves if we're staying in your home though. 

We're accustomed to administering medications to rats, cats, and dogs in particular, but will always work with you to learn what might be needed for your pet.
